Here's a small, ultra-productive soft lure for speckled trout and several other salmonids. It perfectly imitates the insect of the same name but also closely resembles various dragonfly larvae commonly found in our lakes and rivers. It can be rigged behind a spoon (classic rig) instead of a worm, or with a micro jig or drop shot. It's awesome!
