Ice anchor point for UTV/ATV

The King Of The Ice winch anchor point is an indispensable tool for ice fishermen on ATVs and UTVs.

This anchor point is an extremely effective tool for self-recovery when you are stuck on the ice with your ATV or UTV.

The 1" x 18" HD steel bar construction ensures reliability when it counts. Laser-cut points for gripping ice. Primed and powder-coated. Center winch hook point with offset 6' nylon line.

How to use it:

1. Using your auger or an axe, drill a hole in the ice.
2. Attach your winch hook to the triangle in the center of the anchor.
3. Unroll the nylon leash and attach approximately 5' of your winch cable (the leash will be used to pull the winch anchor into a vertical position so that it can be easily extracted from your hole).
4. Lower the anchor into the hole until it is below the ice level. Take in the slack in the winch cable and ensure the anchor is centered in the hole.
5. You can now safely begin winching your UTV or ATV.
6. Once retrieved, release the slack in your winch cable and use the nylon line to vertically extract the anchor.

Never straddle a winch cable (ArcLab hopes this goes without saying), and during winching, avoid positioning yourself between the vehicle and its anchor point. Anyone not involved in the actual winching operation should stand behind a vehicle and maintain a safe distance from the cable.
